Recently acquired, a state-of-the-art paint booth has enabled us to perform all painting in-house increasing quality and dependability.

Nor-Ral Plastics' personnel utilize many years of industry experience and take pride in their workmanship to manufacture product of the highest quality. Listed below is a sampling of production capabilities:
  • Wet lay-up using the latest materials available
  • Clean room controlled prepreg lay-up utilizing fiberglass, carbon, kevlar, and other fabrics
  • Use of core reinforcement as required within the lay-up processes
  • Autoclave curing, 7'x12'; 350°F 110psi
  • Oven curing, 7'x12'x 6-1/2' Walk-In; 500°F Gas Fired
  • Routing and trimming using special tooling to maintain quality and precision
  • Detail assembly using holding fixtures and jigs
Because of our highly qualified staff and short production runs, Nor-Ral has the ability to quickly adapt to any production requirement and manufacture product to accommodate many special needs such as in an "Aircraft on Ground" situation.
