- Wet lay-up using the latest materials available
- Clean room controlled prepreg lay-up utilizing fiberglass, carbon, kevlar, and other fabrics
- Use of core reinforcement as required within the lay-up processes
- Autoclave curing,

- Oven curing,
7'x12'x 6-1/2' Walk-In; 500°F Gas Fired
- Routing and trimming using special tooling to maintain quality and precision
- Detail assembly using holding fixtures and jigs
